Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be Florida residents who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the WTTA viewing area. If winner is between 18 & 21 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least 21 years of age in order to check in to the hotel. Minor traveling companion(s) (if any) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Sinclair Media II Inc. and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to television broadcast station WTTA (the “Station”) Universal Orlando, Twentieth Century Fox, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

How to Enter

(a) No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per household.

(b) From July 21, 2008 to July 25, 2008, viewers will be asked to call in on designated telephone line at a particular time or times during The WTTA Peoples Court program which airs at 5:00pm on WTTA, channel 38, cable channel 6. At the time that calls are solicited, the criteria for winning will be announced, first five callers to the WTTA contest line will win.

(c) One or more contests may be announced from time to time. More than one contest may run simultaneously, but entries will only be solicited for one contest at a time. Station is not responsible for any telephone system failure or malfunctions or other inability of entrants to reach telephone entry line.

(d) Winners will be selected in accordance with the criteria announced when calls are solicited. The contest will be judged by Station personnel, and the decision of the judges will be final as to all matters, including (i) the order in which calls were received and (ii) the grand prize winner.

(e) By calling the designated telephone line, each contestant gives permission to Station to record and/or broadcast contestant’s telephone call. All entries received from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. and the Station.

The Prize(s)

1. Twenty five (25) secondary winners will be selected. Each secondary winner will receive two (2) 1-day/2-park Universal Orlando tickets, valid for admission to both Universal Studios® and Universal’s Islands of Adventure® through December 31, 2008, and one (1) Universal Orlando general parking pass. The secondary prize is worth $176.90.

One grand prize winner will receive hotel accommodations, including room and tax only, for up to four (4) people in a maximum of one (1) room at a hotel selected by Universal Orlando for one (1) night and must be taken before December 31, 2008 or winner will forfeit the prize, four (4) 1-day/2-park Universal Orlando tickets, valid for admission to both Universal Studios and Universal’s Islands of Adventure through December 31, 2008, and one (1) Universal Orlando general parking pass. The trip package does not include any meals, other transportation, gratuities, or any other personal expenses. The grand prize package is valued at $463.80.

2. Winners will be notified at the time of their calls. Before claiming prizes, winners must provide their correct name, address and telephone number to Station at the time of notification. Winners must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received within twelve (12) days of notification. If a winner is a minor, then the winner’s parents or guardian must sign a release and affidavit of eligibility before the winner receives his or her prize. For the grand prize including the trip, all persons traveling on the trip must be 18 years of age or over, unless travelers under 18 are accompanied by at least one adult who is the parent or legal guardian of all of the minors. All persons traveling on the trip must also sign and return a release which must be returned with the winner’s release and affidavit of eligibility within the time frame specified above. Winners must show picture identification to claim prizes. Station reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented. Grand Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older. If winner is between 18 & 21 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least 21 years of age in order to check in to the hotel. Minor traveling companion(s) (if any) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Winner travel arrangements must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to winner travel and are subject to availability. Hotel stay, theme park, and hard ticket dates may not be changed after scheduling, acceptance, and confirmation by UO. All elements of each Grand Prize package must be used, redeemed, fulfilled, booked and/or confirmed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted. If winner is unable to fulfill any portion of the prize during the time period specified, winner forfeits the entire prize package. Winner and guests must travel at the same time. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value and may not be sold or traded.

3. Failure to collect the prize within twelve days will constitute forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of Station. Another winner will not be selected.

4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of Station. The Station has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

5. The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

6. Only one prize will be awarded per household.

7. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Media II, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.

8. Sinclair Media II, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. and Universal Orlando® are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.

9. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Sinclair Media II, Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received and the order in which telephone calls are received.

2. Complete contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WTTA 7622 Bald Cypress Place, Tampa, FL 33614 and on the Station’s website at www.mytvtampabay.com.

3. For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to WTTA 7622 Bald Cypress Place, Tampa, FL 33614 by November 20, 2008.

4. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., Sinclair Media II, Inc. and Universal Orlando accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

5. Station cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.

6. Station reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
